LOWEST RATE GUARANTEE

Hotels London guarantees that if you book with us then find a lower rate for the same room in the same hotel for the same dates, on another website, we will either ensure the same rate is applied to your booking OR if not possible then we will refund the difference in rate and/or cancel the booking at your request. This is provided and conditional upon notifying us within 24 hours after making your booking and prior to your stay. Please note there are some wholesale agents who sell rates illegally throughout the internet. You usually have to place deposits or pay in advance with these agents and run the risk of having your booking terminated by the hotel. Upon your query we shall investigate illegal lower rates and inform you of any risks. Hotels London will refuse to refund any monies for bookings compared to illegally discounted wholesale rates or websites. Hotels London will endeavour to provide written proof, when requested, from the hotel that the rates displayed by Hotels London are indeed the lowest legally in the marketplace and authorised by the hotel.

All bookings must be accompanied by credit card details, in order to secure the reservation requested. Hotels London Limited does not debit or collect any monies. Your details are securely passed onto the respective hotels, and you pay then upon arrival or departure, depending on the hotels. This is a FREE SERVICE for you, our guest. The discount rates displayed are ONLY available through www.hotels-london.co.uk website. Please conduct your reservation, amendments and cancellation through us, and not the hotel, as this can cause conflict - and they usually charge higher rates. LATE BOOKINGS

Book today, Stay today reservations are available through the website until 7pm Mon - Fri and 5pm Sat & Sun. Alternatively call us directly to do this via phone. In the event you are booking to stay within 24 hours, we can re assure you that we are working on this for you- however recommend (for your peace of mind) for you telephone us directly to ensure availability. Please have your credit card details handy!

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel any reservation, without penalty, up to 72 hours before your intended arrival date. Cancellations are subject to the hotels own cancellation policy up to 72 hours prior to arrival - please see individual hotels terms for details. Please note that some hotel take a deposit equal to the first night stay. In the event of a cancellation prior to the time allowed, the hotel will refund the deposit in full. Some hotels may charge a small administration fee. However this will be detailed on the reservation form if that is the case. To cancel a reservation, please notify us by email or fax.
